Contacting us got easier

We've invested in better ways to contact us - a new phone system, dedicated support email and client job tracking.

Thank you to our existing and recently joined clients, our business is becoming increasingly busy and we've grown in numbers to help you. Now we've made it easier for you to get in contact with the right person at the right time.

Our new main phone system on 01264 300321 will connect you with the available on-call member of the team. Sometimes part time staff will cover during busy periods. Out of hours you can leave a voice message and we'll get back to you as soon as we open. Standard office hours are available in English and set times are available in other languages.

We also have a new dedicated email for client support in English and Turkish. Send us an email with your menu changes, photos, questions or feature ideas. We treat email as urgently as a phone call.

The team are using new job tracking tools to share work and keep you updated on progress. This way everyone on the team has access to your recent pending jobs and can help you with further questions.

The Ordara system has taken so much work off our shoulders, we take our orders and avoid human error. Thanks to our website, our turnover has increased. I wish we had installed this system long time ago.

When Ordara was first installed, I could not imagine that it was going to be this effective. Our turnover has increased by 40% and we are avoiding mistakes we used to make on a regular basis. Thank you
