We've made improvements to the PaymentSense Cloud Connect Pay-At-Counter integration which make it quicker and more responsive, and more resilient in case of Internet loss.
Some clients were experiencing slow card transactions after the EPOS had recovered from a lost Internet connection. This new version is more resilient when your restaurant loses Internet connection, quicker to recover when the Internet comes back, and runs more efficiently in the background to check connected card terminal status.
If your card terminals are already connected to your EPOS then you will have already received the upgrade and you don't need to do anything.
